When will my order arrive?
Due to Covid-19 restrictions and delays please allow up to 3 weeks processing and shipping time on all items. We will send you tracking information once your product has departed our facility.
- I ordered the wrong size item, what do I do?
If your order has not been shipped out yet we can definitely help you!

How long does shipping take for US orders?
Once your order ships from our facility, most items are delivered to the customer within 5 - 7 Business Days. Due to Covid-19, there have been slight delays in shipments - please feel free to send an email to essenco.operations@gmail.com for further concerns.
- Do you ship internationally?
No, unfortunately ESSEN CO is only able to ship domestically within the US.
